You will practice mastering pencil control, shading, and proportion to accurately capture basic shapes and forms. This exercise aims to strengthen your hand coordination and observational skills, laying a strong foundation for more complex animated character sketches. Use different grades of pencils on A4 or 1/8 size paper, and focus on creating clean, expressive lines with attention to detail.
